रिफ़ंड और रद्दीकरण नीति | Refund and Cancellation Policy

हमारी ई-बुक्स डिजिटल उत्पाद हैं जो भुगतान के बाद तुरंत/कुछ ही समय में डाउनलोड के लिए दी जाती हैं। इसलिए सामान्यतः डाउनलोड होने के बाद रिफ़ंड या रद्दीकरण नहीं होता।
Our e-books are digital products made available for download after payment. Therefore, refunds or cancellations are generally not available once the e-book is delivered.

इन स्थितियों में हम रिफ़ंड या समाधान देंगे | We will refund or resolve in these cases

  • एक ही ई-बुक के लिए दो बार भुगतान हो गया (duplicate payment)।
    You were charged twice for the same e-book.
  • भुगतान कट गया पर ई-बुक का डाउनलोड लिंक नहीं मिला और हम समस्या ठीक नहीं कर सके।
    Payment was deducted but you did not receive the download link and we could not fix it.
  • फ़ाइल खराब/न खुलने वाली है और हम सही फ़ाइल नहीं दे सके।
    The file is corrupt or will not open and we could not provide a working copy.

प्रक्रिया | Process

  1. [7] दिन के भीतर हमें ईमेल करें: [आपका ईमेल]। नाम, भुगतान की तारीख और Payment ID साथ भेजें।
    Email us within [7] days at [your email] with your name, payment date and Payment ID.
  2. हम जाँच करके [2–3] कार्य-दिवस में उत्तर देंगे। पहले हम सही फ़ाइल/लिंक दोबारा भेजेंगे।
    We will review and reply within [2–3] working days. We will first resend the correct file/link.
  3. रिफ़ंड स्वीकृत होने पर राशि मूल भुगतान-माध्यम में लौटाई जाएगी; बैंक के अनुसार इसमें [5–7] कार्य-दिवस लग सकते हैं।
    If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method; it may take [5–7] working days depending on your bank.

रद्दीकरण | Cancellation: भुगतान पूरा होने से पहले आप कभी भी लेन-देन रोक सकते हैं। भुगतान के बाद ई-बुक डिलीवर होने पर रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता।
You may stop a transaction at any time before payment is completed. Once paid and delivered, an e-book cannot be cancelled.
